Another tax service had prepared my tax returns for years. In 2018, I was told that I owed $1,400 in state and federal combined. I took the returns to Carol and after she reviewed them, she noticed several oversights. I was very surprised when she told me that I was going to receive a refund. Every company that has prepared my tax returns in the past has made me feel none important. They asked few to no questions and felt very rushed. Carol is very patient and takes her time preparing my taxes to insure I received what is owed to me.
